DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer two delivery options: Omniva and free delivery for self-collection of your package from our office located at Hospitalu Street 5, Riga, LV-1013. We strive to ensure that both delivery methods provide you with timely and convenient service.
Depending on order volume, product availability and ongoing promotions, certain orders may take longer to fulfil, however, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING ZONES
We offer worldwide shipping, except to the following regions where we have local Pevonia distributors: USA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, CANADA, CHINA, COLOMBIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, EL SALVADOR, FINLAND, HONG KONG, ITALY, JAPAN, KOREA, LITHUANIA, MALAYSIA, MEXICO, POLAND, ROMANIA, RUSSIA, SLOVENIA, SOUTHERN AFRICA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, U.A.E., UKRAINE, UNITED KINGDOM, VIETNAM.

SHIPPING COST
Delivery within Latvia is 3 EUR, but it’s free for purchases over 50 EUR.
Delivery to Estonia costs 5 EUR, but is free for orders over 100 EUR.
International shipping is 10 EUR, but it’s complimentary for orders exceeding 150 EUR, excluding the regions listed in the ‘SHIPPING ZONES’ section where we do not deliver.
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by sending the items back by mail to the address provided below. The items must be unused and undamaged, and the return shipment must include a printed confirmation of the order. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer.
